Democratic Senator Van Hollen says he suffered minor stroke

(Reuters) -United States Senator Chris Van Hollen stated on Sunday he suffered a minor stroke after experiencing discomfort whereas delivering a speech in Western Maryland.
Van Hollen, 63, was admitted to a hospital in Washington after experiencing lightheadedness and acute neck ache, he stated in an announcement.
An angiogram indicated that the stroke shaped a small venous tear in the back of his head, he stated, and added that he was knowledgeable there will probably be no long-term results.
Van Hollen’s announcement comes after Pennsylvania Lieutenant Governor John Fetterman earlier immediately stated he had suffered a stroke however was on his “approach to a full restoration.”
