Dance of joy: Gurdeep Pandher performs his Bhangra routine in Charlottetown

CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — A Yukon-based educator and Bhangra dancer had near 500 individuals on their toes shifting to the music on the P.E.I. Conference Centre in Charlottetown on June 1.

Gurdeep Pandher, who has a large following on social media, was one of many keynote audio system at a nationwide convention on exploring the position of small centres in immigrant settlement.
