Two girls have been charged in reference to an investigation into drug trafficking.
In a launch Monday police mentioned the weapons and gangs unit arrested two suspects Sunday in a cab close to Ellice Avenue and Minto Avenue following an investigation a girl believed to be serving to a road gang promote crack cocaine.

A search of the cab and the suspects turned up a 15 ounces of crack cocaine, price an estimated $34,000, 12 grams of cocaine, prescription tablets, and simply over $2,000 in money, police say.
