SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — A developer is re-applying to rezone a parcel of land off Water Avenue in Summerside.
The appliance was submitted by Strategic Holdings Inc. and introduced to council on the Aug. 21 assembly. It will see 674 Water St. and 678 Water St. – behind NuCity Plaza and Wash World Automotive Wash – rezoned to high-density residential.
At the moment, the properties are zoned for single household residential.
The rezoning, mentioned applicant Nathan Kember on the assembly, would allow them to assemble residences reminiscent of flats, duplexes and single-family houses.
