CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — The Metropolis of Charlottetown and City of Stratford have been awarded a nationwide local weather change motion award by the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) for his or her inexperienced power financing applications, Swap Charlottetown and Swap Stratford.
The 2 P.E.I. municipalities gained the awards together with Wolfville, N.S., and program administrator PACE Atlantic Community Interest Corporation.
