CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — Police in Charlottetown arrested and charged a 52-year-old man after seizing a weapon and fentanyl throughout a drug bust on Tuesday, Oct. 17.

Round 9:15 p.m., Charlottetown Police Providers executed a search warrant at a residence on College Avenue, the place officers seized fentanyl, a duplicate firearm, drug paraphernalia and $1,300 in money.

A person and girl have been arrested with out incident, and the lady was later launched with out costs.

The accused faces costs of possession of fentanyl for the aim of trafficking, possession of a weapon for harmful functions and possession of a weapon opposite to a prohibition order.

He has been remanded in custody and is about to look in court docket at a later date.
