Canada Games Torch arrives in Borden-Carleton, P.E.I.
BORDEN-CARLETON, P.E.I. — After being lit at Parliament Hill in Ottawa in mid-October, the Canada Video games Roly McLenahan Torch has made its solution to P.E.I.
