Three years after mass protests swept the nation, an elected group of residents have rewritten their structure. It may change the one enacted when a navy dictatorship gripped the nation from 1973 to 1990.
The brand new doc, which voters should resolve on in September, brings Indigenous rights, environmental protections and public providers to the forefront. However not everybody’s on board with this daring new course.
