BORDEN-CARLETON, P.E.I. — A 30-year-old man is dealing with refusal expenses after allegedly denying a breathalyzer check following an incident in Borden-Carleton.
P.E.I. Mounties have been known as shortly after 5:30 p.m. on July 8 in response to a driving grievance alongside the Confederation Bridge.
Police stopped a 30-year-old man in Borden-Carleton and demaded the motive force take a breathalyzer to check their blood-alcohol restrict.
Officers stated the motive force denied the check and was subsequently arrested for refusal.
The automobile was impounded and the accused is scheduled to seem in courtroom in Summerside on Sept. 13.
