Waterloo police seize $17K in drugs after suspicious vehicle call in Kitchener

Waterloo Regional Police say they seized greater than $17,000 price of unlawful medication after a resident reported a suspicious car in Kitchener, early Monday morning.

In response to police, a name got here in a few suspicious car being seen within the car parking zone of a plaza on Doon Village Street at round 2:05 a.m.

They are saying officers arrived and located a person behind the wheel of the car. They then arrested him for operation whereas impaired by medication.

Police then searched the car the place they discovered a plethora of suspected unlawful substances together with 4 grams of fentanyl, 26 grams of methamphetamine, 130 doses of LSD, 100 hydromorphone drugs, 250 oxycodone and oxycontin drugs, 5 grams of psilocybin, 10 benzodiazepine drugs and 315 grams of hashish.

Along with the previously-noted impaired cost, a 29-year-old Kitchener man is dealing with a number of trafficking expenses.
