SEVILLE, Spain (AP) — 5 German soccer followers have been detained following clashes forward of the Europa League remaining between Eintracht Frankfurt and Rangers, Spanish authorities stated Wednesday.

Spanish police stated the Frankfurt followers have been taken into custody after combating with Scottish supporters and officers at about midnight within the middle of the town.

Police stated the Frankfurt supporters threw bricks and tables from bars, and fired flares at Rangers followers and at law enforcement officials.

There have been no experiences of great accidents.
