21-year-old woman critically injured after crash on QEW in Oakville

Ontario Provincial Police say a 21-year-old girl stays in severe, life-threatening situation after a single car crash on the QEW in Oakville on Sunday.

Emergency crews had been known as to the freeway close to Ford Drive at round 6:30 p.m.

Police mentioned a black sedan had rolled over a number of instances, off of the freeway crashing via a fence and ended up on North Service Highway.

The lady was ejected from the car, police mentioned.

She was taken to a trauma ward at Hamilton Common Hospital by paramedics.

Investigators haven’t mentioned what led to the crash or if pace was an element.

The street has since reopened.
