HILLSBOROUGH PARK, P.E.I. — Falconwood Ward 10 Coun. Terry Bernard is re-offering for his seat on metropolis council for the Nov. 7 municipal election.
First elected in 2018, Bernard has spent the final 4 years a Charlottetown metropolis councillor and mentioned he’s seeking to proceed to get extra work achieved.
