Russian opposition figure detained by police in Moscow, activist says

Russian opposition activist Vladimir Kara-Murza Jr., who was twice sickened in incidents he suspected have been poisonings, has been detained in Moscow by police, one other distinguished opposition determine mentioned Monday.
