Man arrested after truck rammed into Montague, P.E.I. RCMP station

MONTAGUE, P.E.I. — A 32-year-old Kings County man was arrested after he allegedly rammed the Montague RCMP station thrice on Aug. 8.

Mounties mentioned the station was struck thrice by a pickup truck round 12:30 p.m., inflicting important damages to the constructing.

No person was injured through the incident and police managed to arrest the driving force of the truck within the parking zone with out additional situation.

“Damages to the indifferent constructing go from the concrete footing all the best way as much as the soffit and would require the rebuilding of all the aspect of this constructing,” mentioned Cpl. Gavin Moore with the P.E.I. RCMP.

RCMP predict to put harm to property fees, with the person scheduled to look in provincial courtroom through the morning of Wednesday, Aug. 9.
