Lloyd Wise in conversation with Gala Porras-Kim

Gala Porras-Kim is an artist born in Bogota and primarily based in Los Angeles. Her work has been featured on the São Paulo Biennial; Gwangju Biennale; Whitney Biennial; LACMA, Los Angeles; and Made in LA Biennial, Hammer Museum, Los Angeles. She has acquired awards together with Artistic Capital, Joan Mitchell Basis, and Louis Consolation Tiffany Basis. She was a current Radcliffe fellow at Harvard, and is presently artist-in-residence at The Getty.
