GSK stops sales of supplement, vitamin to Russia

(Reuters) – Britain’s GlaxoSmithKline stated on Wednesday its client arm stopped imports of dietary supplements and nutritional vitamins into Russia because the drugmaker seeks to minimise ties with Moscow over its invasion of Ukraine.
“We help international sanctions and can adjust to them,” had stated earlier on its web site. “We’ve taken a precautionary method to cease, to the fullest extent potential, any direct involvement and help to the Russian authorities and army.”
(This story has been refiled to appropriate headline and textual content to drop reference to GSK chopping ties with the Russian authorities on April 6, because the information is dated and was printed to GSK’s web site a number of weeks in the past)
