OTTAWA — The Royal Canadian Navy says it has relieved the commanding officer of a warship within the Pacific Fleet.

In a launch Thursday evening, the navy says it has misplaced confidence within the judgment of Lt.-Cmdr. David Dallin of HMCS Regina.
