National Bank Open: Canadian junior Jaden Weekes falls to Germany’s Altmaier

Canadian junior star Jaden Weekes dropped a 6-3, 6-4 choice to Daniel Altmaier in qualifying play Saturday on the Nationwide Financial institution Open.

Weekes, a 17-year-old Montreal native, pushed the 79th-ranked German at instances on the IGA Stadium showcourt earlier than finally falling in a single hour 27 minutes.
